Shipping policy

All our deliveries are delivered with care by our own drivers. Please ensure all orders for same day delivery are made before 12pm and provide at least 2 hours for items to arrive.

We have 2 delivery slots available each day - we will aim to deliver as close to the allocated time but  unfortunately, this is not always possible. Particularly on busy days (Valentine's and Mother's Day) we are not able to provide exact delivery times. Flowers are always delivered wet-wrapped or in water and will be left in a safe spot should recipients not be home.
