Our Story
Hi, I’m Bea
I’m the founder and creative director of Olive&Eve. With a background in Fine Art and Design, I see floristry as an extension of artistic practice, so everything we create is made with intent, love and attention to detail.
Here at Olive&Eve we love what we do, and we hope it shows in every single thing we make and send out of our busy shop and studio.
Our studio
You’ll find us in a beautifully restored art-deco shopfront at 825–827 Sydney Road, Brunswick. It’s where we design our Daily Blooms, prepare wedding and event florals, host our workshops, and share our shelves with some wonderful local makers.
From our studio we deliver fresh flowers across inner Melbourne, alongside our Friday Flowers subscriptions, tribute and memorial flowers, and bespoke pieces for every kind of occasion.
Sustainability
We believe in doing our bit to protect the environment for generations to come, without compromising on beautiful, creative design.
- Seasonal and local: our flowers are seasonal and sourced from local farmers and suppliers.
- Bought fresh: we buy flowers throughout the week to ensure freshness and avoid waste.
- Floral foam-free: because of its environmental impact, we never use floral foam. Our arrangements come wrapped or in vases instead.
- Composting and recyclable packaging: we compost our green waste, and our packaging is recyclable.
